Hi, we’re Justin and Erica Beck, the father-daughter team behind Caring Transitions of Southeast Las Vegas. We’re proud to serve families throughout Silverado Ranch, Gibson Springs, Green Valley, Lake Las Vegas, and surrounding communities with care, respect, and personalized support.

For me (Justin), my life has always been about service. I spent 24 years in the U.S. Navy, building leadership skills and learning the importance of integrity, hard work, and dedication. After retiring from the Navy, I spent nine years as a high school teacher, where I loved guiding young people and helping them reach their goals. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by the desire to help others succeed, which is why opening this Caring Transitions business with Erica felt like the perfect next chapter.

Erica has three years of direct experience working for multiple Caring Transitions franchises. She understands the business inside and out and has seen firsthand the impact this work has on families. Her passion for helping others, combined with her knowledge of day-to-day operations, makes her an incredible partner. When Erica shared her dream of owning a Caring Transitions franchise, I knew I wanted to support her in building something meaningful that could also serve our community.

We both have strong compassion and empathy for others, and we believe that families deserve help they can trust during some of life’s most stressful and emotional times. For us, Caring Transitions isn’t just a business, it’s an opportunity to build something together as a family, to honor the values of service and care that are important to us, and to provide excellent customer service rooted in kindness and understanding.

Outside of work, we love spending time as a family, enjoying the Las Vegas community, and supporting local events. Our goal at Caring Transitions of Southeast Las Vegas is to be there for families when they need it most, offering practical solutions with genuine compassion to make their transitions as smooth as possible.
